Members are free to withdraw funds at any time from their savings subject to individual terms and conditions associated with each product.
Withdrawals are made by BACS as standard or by Faster Payment for a £2 fee.
Transactions will be withdrawn from your savings balance immediately and our systems will send payments via our banking partners at 11am and 3pm each working day. Once payments are sent through the banking system, we expect them to reach your linked bank account as follows:
- Faster payment transactions should be received within one working day of request.
- BACS transactions processed before 3pm on a working day should be received by your bank account by close of business on the 3rd working day e.g. (payments sent before 3pm on Monday will be received by the bank on Wednesday).
- BACS withdrawals processed after 3pm on a working day should be received by your bank account by close of business on the 4th working day e.g. (payments sent after 3pm on Monday will be received by the bank on Thursday)

If you have a loan or mortgage with us, you can still make withdrawals from your savings account—provided your Member Savings Account balance retains a balance sufficient to cover all your existing commitments.
