We offer a range of unsecured loan products which are available to all qualifying members. Whether you're planning a big purchase, covering unexpected expenses, or consolidating debts, we aim to provide transparent and flexible options. All our loan products can be repaid over a 12 – 84-month term. Personalised underwriting is in place for each loan product, and we aim to find a borrowing solution that will meet individual member’s needs.
Overview of our Application Process
- Initial Assessment: Your application is reviewed against basic qualifying criteria.
- Underwriting Review: An underwriter will personally assess your loan application based on affordability, while also taking your past credit behaviour into account.
- Request for Additional Information: If required, we may ask you to provide supporting documents such as:
- Payslips
- Bank statements
- Loan Decision: Once your personal underwriter has made a decision on your application, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
- Loan Agreement: One the loan application is approved, we’ll email a link to secure loan documents for you to review and sign digitally.
- Loan Drawdown: Once we receive your digital loan agreement, we will advance the loan funds to your linked bank account within one business day.
- Loan Repayments: You’ll make your first loan repayment one month from the date of drawdown. All monthly repayments are taken from your Member Savings Account on the same date, and we’ll adjust your regular contribution amount to ensure that enough funds are deposited in your Member Savings Account to meet monthly loan repayments.
