At Glasgow Credit Union, we make it simple for members to keep track of their accounts and access important statements in app, online or by post.
Viewing Transactions In App or Online
You can view transactions and generate statements for most of your accounts using the Glasgow Credit Union app. You can view and print a summary of mortgage transactions in app. We will always post an annual mortgage statement to your home address.
Communication Preferences
Default communication preferences will be set to electronic. However, you can change this setting in app at any time, depending on your needs.
Post: By selecting this, you agree that most of the communications we send you will be delivered to by post to your registered home address.
Electronic: By selecting this, you agree that most if the communications we send you will be delivered to you electronically to your online account mailbox accessible via the web or mobile app. For security or operational reasons, we may send some documents by post.
Postal Statements
Unless your communication preference is set to post, we will not routinely send you an annual postal statement for your savings or loan accounts.
If you require an additional copy statement to be posted there may be a charge for this service in line with our membership terms and conditions.
