Using our Mobile App

Our Mobile App makes it simple to access your credit union accounts and manage your money, whether at home or on the go. 

How to access

Members are able to self-serve online or via the mobile app which is available for download on both the Apple & Google Play stores.

Before you begin

  • Check that your Membership is active. If you've only just joined, you need to activate your account before you can register for online access. You will get an activation letter in the post after you join us.
  • Ensure the mobile phone number and email address on your account is up to date. We will send you an SMS (text) message as part of the process, so you will need to have access to your phone and be able to receive messages on it.
  • Make sure you have your membership number handy. You'll find this in the welcome letter (activation letter) you received when you joined.
  • You'll also need your National Insurance number, which we will use to help verify your identity. You can find this on your salary or wage slip, as well as on any letters you have received from DWP or HMRC.

How to Register

Once you’ve downloaded our mobile app, follow these simple steps to register:

Step 1: Tap “Register for Online Access”

Step 2: Tap “Continue” when you're ready to begin.

Step 3: Read and accept the Membership Terms & Conditions, then tap “Continue”.

Step 4: Enter Your Membership Details

Provide your member number, National Insurance number, and date of birth.

Step 5: Confirm Your Contact Information

Enter your email address and mobile number.

Step 6: Set Up Your Password and PIN

Create a secure password and a six-digit PIN for your account.

Step 7: Verify Your Email Address

We’ll send an activation code to your email. Enter the code to confirm your address.

Step 8: Verify Your Mobile Number

A verification code will be sent via SMS. Enter the code to confirm your mobile number.

Step 9: Enable Face ID (Optional)

For a faster and more secure login, you can enable Face ID. Prefer not to? No problem—you can still complete your registration.

Step 10: Set Your Communication Preferences

Choose how you'd like us to contact you.

Step 11: Set Your Marketing Preferences

Decide whether you'd like to receive updates and offers.

You're All Set!

Log in using your email address and the password you just created. On the next screen, enter your six-digit security code—and that’s it, you’re logged in.

What can you do in our mobile app once you log in:

  • View Balances & Transactions
  • Generate & download statements
  • Withdraw/Transfer Funds
  • Apply for Loans
  • View documents that we have issued electronically (unique to their account)
  • View general documents relating to the credit union
  • View FAQ & contact us form
  • Update contributions (App Only)
  • View news (App Only)
  • Add Funds via BankPay (App Only)
  • Apply for an ISA
