Step 1: Identify which credential you've lost
Username: Typically, your registered email used during your registration to the app
Password: The password you created during registration.
Pin: The six digit code you created during registration
Step 2: Use the “Forgot Username/Password” option
- Launch the mobile app.
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot Username or Password?”
- When prompted: Enter your registered email
- Check your inbox:
- You’ll receive a recovery link or temporary code.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password or retrieve your username.
Step 3: Didn’t receive the email?
- Spam/Junk folders: Please check there—email filters sometimes intercept automated messages.
- Registered email mismatch: Ensure it's the same email used when signing up with us
- Wait a few minutes before retrying or submitting again.
Step 4: Resetting your password
- Click the secure link in the email.
- Choose a strong new password—ideally 8+ characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Confirm and submit. Your app login credentials are now updated.
Step 5: Logging in after reset
- Return to the app login screen.
- Enter your username and your new password.
- If available, re-enable biometric login (Touch ID/Face ID) in settings for future convenience.
