How to Arrange an Appointment

Details on how to book an appointment will be included in the bereavement information pack we send you. You will only receive a bereavement information pack by post when you notify us of a member’s death.

What to Expect at the Appointment

At your meeting with us, we will:

  • Review the death certificate and the Will (if applicable).
  • Complete any additional steps required to close the account.
  • Answer any questions you may have about the process.
  • Advise you if there are any Nominations or insured benefits on the account.
  • Begin the process of settling the account.
